Senior Finance Manager - Transformation

Service Sector c £80k - c £82.5k plus car allowance and bonus Based Birmingham, with 2 days' work from home. Ref: 10494 A high profile, commercial and varied role, helping an established, complex, multi-site national company on its transformative journey to grow to the next level.Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial and risk oversight for new business cases and investment proposals.
\n
• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance in growth areas.
\n
• Build and evaluate complex financial models and scenario analyses.
\n
• Present findings and recommendations to Board level.
\n
• Partner closely with Directors and senior management to drive growth initiatives.
\n
• Support strategic decision-making through robust financial insight and challenge.
\n

The company is seeking someone who can demonstrate:

• Graduate level education.
\n
• Qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
\n
• Strong business partnering experience within a large, complex organisation.
\n
• Advanced financial modelling and forecasting capabilities.
\n
• Experience evaluating investment opportunities and commercial business cases.
\n
• Excellent commercial acumen, inquisitive mind-set, and strategic thinking.
\n
• The ability to influence/advise senior stakeholders and cross-function project teams.
\n
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
\n
