\nThe Personal Injury Paralegal role:

- Supporting solicitors with complex personal injury and clinical negligence matters \n
- Assisting with case preparation and document management \n
- Conducting legal research and reviewing evidence \n
- Preparing correspondence and legal documentation \n
- Liaising with clients, medical professionals, counsel and third parties \n
- Assisting with litigation and case progression \n
- Maintaining accurate case files and monitoring deadlines \n
- Providing high-quality client care throughout the life of each matter \n
The successful Personal Injury Paralegal:

- Previous paralegal or legal experience preferred \n
- Interest in personal injury and/or clinical negligence \n
- Strong organisational and administrative skills \n
- Excellent attention to detail \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills \n
- Excellent client care and interpersonal skills \n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines \n
- Proactive, compassionate and committed approach \n
- Keen to develop a long-term career within specialist litigation \n
