This hire offers hybrid working, strong support and clear progression for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 0-3 years PQE .

The Role – Court of Protection/Mental Capacity Law
\nYou will join a well-established specialist team handling a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
\n- \n
- Court of Protection matters under the Mental Capacity Act \n
- Supporting vulnerable adults, children and elderly clients \n
- Liaising with families, care providers and professionals \n
- Managing financial affairs, deputyships and trustee matters \n
- Visiting clients in care settings and at home \n
- Working closely with financial advisers on longer-term planning \n
Candidate Profile
\n- \n
- Solicitor or Legal Executive \n
- Newly qualified to 3 years PQE invited to apply \n
- Court of Protection experience beneficial but not essential \n
- A background in private client, family law, or litigation welcomed \n
- Strong interest in Mental Capacity / vulnerable client work \n
- Excellent communication and client care skills \n
