\n£40,000 - £45,000 DOE

\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Create and deliver great buildings and places for people to inhabit. \n
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience, working in a high-quality design and delivery focused practice. \n
- lead projects from concept to delivery. \n
- Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment – building rapport and creating positive relationships. \n
- Excellent drawing and presentation skills and the ability to explain a design idea and the evolution of a concept. \n
- Ability to provide professional guidance to design and construction teams. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- ARB Registered with 2 years post graduate experience in a UK practice. \n
- Have experience in design and delivery of live projects. \n
- Good interpersonal skills to include an understanding of the sensitivities required when communicating with and presenting to clients. \n
- Ability to balance workload as the role may require you to focus on more than one project at a time. \n
- Strong Revit skills would be an advantage. \n
- Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign. \n
- Demonstrable experience of collating and organising design submissions, technical information, preparing drawings, plans and documents and report/spec writing. \n
