Key Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Create and deliver great buildings and places for people to inhabit.
  • \n
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience, working in a high-quality design and delivery focused practice.
  • \n
  • lead projects from concept to delivery.
  • \n
  • Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment – building rapport and creating positive relationships.
  • \n
  • Excellent drawing and presentation skills and the ability to explain a design idea and the evolution of a concept.
  • \n
  • Ability to provide professional guidance to design and construction teams.
  • \n
\n

Requirements

\n
    \n
  • ARB Registered with 2 years post graduate experience in a UK practice.
  • \n
  • Have experience in design and delivery of live projects.
  • \n
  • Good interpersonal skills to include an understanding of the sensitivities required when communicating with and presenting to clients.
  • \n
  • Ability to balance workload as the role may require you to focus on more than one project at a time.
  • \n
  • Strong Revit skills would be an advantage.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign.
  • \n
  • Demonstrable experience of collating and organising design submissions, technical information, preparing drawings, plans and documents and report/spec writing.
  • \n
