• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
\n
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
\n
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively, implementing interventions where required.
\n
• Prepare pupils for end-of-Key Stage 1 assessments while fostering a love of learning.
\n
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil achievement.
\n
• Uphold high expectations for behaviour, attendance, and academic success.
\n

What you'll need to succeed

\n
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
\n
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2.
\n
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment requirements.
\n
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
\n
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
\n
• A passion for providing engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
\n
