Dorking, Surrey £13.78 per hour PAYE

We are currently recruiting for a LiveSmart Manager to join a well-established housing service on a 3-month temporary contract in Dorking, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with facilities or housing experience who is passionate about delivering a safe, high-quality living environment.

The Role

As a LiveSmart Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a residential scheme, maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of the property at all times
\n
• Report and monitor health & safety, safeguarding, and fire safety concerns promptly
\n
• Act as a key holder and manage access for residents, contractors, and visitors
\n
• Facilitate access for maintenance, servicing, and repairs to communal areas
\n
• Meet contractors on-site and oversee works carried out within the building
\n
• Carry out regular building inspections and report repair or safety issues
\n
• Monitor cleaning standards and communal facilities to ensure a welcoming environment
\n
• Support residents with general queries and promote a positive community atmosphere
\n
• Conduct routine health & safety checks, including fire equipment and emergency lighting
\n

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in facilities, housing, or property management
\n
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
\n
• Well-organised and able to prioritise workload independently
\n
• Knowledgeable in health & safety procedures and compliance
\n
• IT literate, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
\n
• Empathetic and confident working with residents and service users
\n
