Job Description
As a Disrepair Surveyor in Birmingham, you'll be assessing and managing property disrepair cases within the public sector. Your work will play a key role in ensuring properties meet required standards and addressing tenant concerns effectively.

- Conduct property inspections to identify disrepair issues and recommend solutions. \n
- Prepare detailed reports on findings and proposed remedial actions. \n
- Work closely with contractors to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard. \n
- Provide technical advice and guidance to tenants on disrepair matters. \n
- Manage and monitor disrepair claims, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. \n
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and communications. \n
- Liaise with legal teams on disrepair cases, providing expert input when required. \n
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety guidelines. \n
Profile
\nA successful Disrepair Surveyor should have:

- Relevant qualifications in construction or a related field. \n
- Strong knowledge of housing disrepair legislation and standards. \n
