With a reputation on the rise and an increasingly busy pipeline, the team is looking to hire across a range of experience levels – from NQ through to Legal Director.The work spans the full spectrum of marine insurance and shipping disputes: hull, cargo, marine liability, wet and dry matters, coverage issues, subrogation, and casualty-related litigation. Charterparty disputes, collisions, GA, and drafting matters are part of the regular diet.While prior marine insurance experience is ideal, it is by no means essential – candidates with strong insurance litigation experience, especially those familiar with court or LMAA arbitration procedure, are encouraged to apply.
