The business delivers complex, high-value projects with a focus on both; Healthcare (hospitals & clinics) and complex Commercial refurb (cut & carve), with Project values ranging from 20M – 150M.Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, overseeing all site-based activities to ensure they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.You will:Provide strategic leadership across projects and operational teamsEnsure full compliance with HSE, quality, environmental, and legislative standardsDrive programme, cost, and commercial performance, including budget ownership and CVR oversightBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partnersLead, motivate, and resource project teams to achieve high performance and moraleMonitor project risk, contractual compliance, and commercial protection measuresSupport business development, bid leadership, and negotiated work winningContribute to strategic planning, stakeholder reporting, and operational reviewsStrengthen and develop the subcontractor supply chain and continuous improvement initiativesYou will have:Proven experience in a senior leadership role and stable career progression with a main contractorStrong track record delivering projects across healthcare and/or Commercial refurb (structural).Detailed knowledge of Design & Build, JCT and NEC contractsExcellent commercial awareness and financial management capabilityAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and lead high-performing teamsStrong communication, presentation, and client-facing skillsStrategic mindset with the ability to drive project planning and delivery outcomesWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
