This role is a perfect opportunity to enhance your technical acumen and project management skillsResponsibilities:Setting up and deploying PCs for end usersManaging assets and procurement processesAssist in user onboarding proceduresRelocate desktop technology efficientlyContribute to infrastructure expansion projectsParticipate in the development and rollout of new technologies for end usersUse automated tooling to avoid trading floor downtimeThe ideal candidate will have:Ideally, you have 3+ years of experience in a technology support role. However, candidates with less experience who can showcase talent and passion for IT through extended studies, volunteer work etc will be considered.Proficiency in computer hardware and peripherals, demonstrating a strong interest in advancing your expertise in desktop technology and infrastructureA highly organized self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks.A reliable, courteous, and flexible team player who prioritizes a “customer-first” mentality, consistently providing excellent support.Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to convey complex issues clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical individuals.This role suits a candidate who is comfortable working independently and can commit to working evening hours, this opportunity is a fantastic chance to develop your I career in one of the most exciting and successful quant trading firms around. and have excellent experience of working in a demanding but rewarding environment.My client is based in London
