Our client’s Property Litigation team is recognised as one of most highly regarded in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate with between 2-5 PQE years’ experience to join a collaborative, supportive team, where you will gain early responsibility, work on complex, high-value disputes and receive ongoing mentoring and development.You will advise a stellar client base, including leading UK property companies, developers, investment funds, corporate occupiers and high net worth individuals.Their Lawyers regularly appear in court, (including the appellate courts) and are equally recognised for their expertise in mediation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution.You will work across a broad range of Property disputes, including:Commercial, residential and mixed-use developmentsBreach of contract and development disputesDilapidations and possession claimsLandlord and Tenant Act 1954 mattersCommercial and residential landlord and tenant disputesRights of light, party wall and service charge disputesConstruction, professional negligence and insolvency mattersTelecommunications Code disputes.This role affords the candidate the opportunity to join one of London’s leading Property Litigation teams, working alongside six individually ranked Partners, where they will handle complex, high-profile disputes for outstanding clients.
