Derivatives/Structured Finance Associate- Elite US Firm

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a junior to mid-level associate to join a highly regarded London-based derivatives and structured finance team within a leading international platform.This role will appeal to an English law–qualified associate who has trained and qualified at a Magic Circle firm, or a comparable international practice with a top-tier structured finance offering, and who is now looking to take the next step in a genuinely first-class environment. The practice is well known for its involvement in complex, high-value transactions at the cutting edge of the market, working alongside leading practitioners across multiple jurisdictions.The successful candidate will play a meaningful role on sophisticated derivatives and structured products matters, including ISDA documentation, while also gaining exposure to a broader debt finance practice encompassing corporate and leveraged finance transactions.
