As the business continues to scale, they're looking for an exceptional Operations Manager / COO to become the operational backbone of the company.This isn't a traditional corporate COO role.You'll work directly with the CEO, sitting at the heart of a fast-paced trading environment where operational excellence, risk management, and flawless execution are critical.
