No two days are the same so this position provides an exciting opportunity for a driven Lettings NegotiatorYou will play a key role in every aspect of the lettings process, offering exceptional service to both new and existing landlords and tenantsKey duties will include:Management of incoming telephone, email, website and walk in enquiriesDiary management and arranging bookings for viewingsConducting lettings viewings as and when requiredManaging maintenance enquiries, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to organise works needed and updating property recordsFacilitating the tenancy application process and referencingEnsuring that property compliance and company procedures are securedThe successful candidate will need:Strong knowledge of the residential property lettings marketUp to date knowledge of property management processes, current legislation and lettings compliance procedures at all stagesClear professional telephone mannerIT literate competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookSelf-motivated with a positive can do attitude and outlook at all timesFlexible able to deal with a variety of roles in a fast-paced environmentEnjoy dealing with landlords and tenants from all walks of lifeAble to use own initiative and also work effectively within a teamMust hold a full clean driving license with own transportIn the first instance forward, up to date CV, to Career StudioTPBN1_UKTJ
