Job Title: Production Operative (Temp to Perm)Location: Kineton (Rural area near in Warwick) Driving essentialPay Rate: £12.75 per hour (yearly salary: £27,630)Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:00 (30 min unpaid lunch + two 10 min paid breaks)Contract Type: Temp to PermAbout the Role:Were currently recruiting for a hands-on Production Operative to join a busy rural-based manufacturing site on a Temp to Perm basis. Due to the location, you must be able to drive to access the site.This is a great opportunity to grow within a supportive, long-standing team once permanent, youll be upskilled across departments and fully trained on both Reach and Counterbalance FLT, which comes with a pay increase.What Youll Be Doing:Labelling, sampling, and decanting liquids into containersMixing solutions as part of the production processMoving drums (up to 200kg pivoting/twisting required)Manual lifting of up to 30kgCompleting basic quality and quantity checksRecording stock codes and data (basic computer input)Rotating through departments based on workloadFollowing health & safety procedures at all timesWhat Youll Need:o Must be able to drive rural locationo Good basic Maths, English and computer skillso Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy itemso Cannot have asthma or back conditions (due to fumes/lifting)o Willing to learn and work across multiple production areasPerks & Progression:£12.75/hour starting payPermanent contract after successful TTPTraining provided on Reach & Counterbalance FLTFull uniform provided after TTPSafety equipment supplied (masks, goggles, ear protection)Join a close-knit, long-standing teamHow to Apply:Interested?
