The Commercial Property Solicitor's Role

  • Advising clients across a broad range of commercial property matters
  • \n
  • Handling property acquisitions, disposals and investment transactions
  • \n
  • Acting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • \n
  • Advising on the granting and taking of leases
  • \n
  • Supporting property development and asset management matters
  • \n
  • Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice
  • \n
  • Building and developing strong client relationships
  • \n
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • \n
  • Contributing to business development, networking and marketing activities
  • \n
  • Developing sector knowledge and contributing to the wider team
  • \n

The Commercial Property Solicitor

  • 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property
  • \n
  • Experience across general commercial property matters
  • \n
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • \n
  • Commercially minded with a practical approach
  • \n
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • \n
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • \n
  • Thames Valley connections would be advantageous
  • \n
