Teaching Assistant
\nPay Rate: £90 - £100 per day (subject to experience and qualifications). This role is during school hours.
\nLocation: Bristol
\nHours: Part- or full-time during school hours
\nHanson Recruitment is looking to recruit Psychology Students and Psychology graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in schools in Bristol.
\nWe offer flexible, well-paid work opportunities in school settings to both Psychology students and Psychology graduates with background in Psychology, Counselling, Neuro-Science as Teaching Assistants.
\nTeaching assistant responsibilities include:
\nProviding both dedicated support to individual pupils and the other pupils in class
\nSupporting the students academic progress and development
\nCollaborating with the classroom teacher and other staff members to provide a positive and inclusive learning environment.
\nAssisting with the student's behaviour management and social-emotional development
\nFollowing all school behaviour, safeguarding and Health and Safety policies
\nQualifications & attributes:
\nExperience of working with children in any capacity
\nPsychology Degree/Equivalent Qualification or studying towards one
\nGood organisational and communication skills
\nAbility to work between 0830-1530 hours during the week term-time.
