Our client, an elite US firm, is seeking a high-calibre Leveraged Finance associate to join its growing London team. This practice is widely recognised for advising on some of the most complex and innovative cross-border financing transactions in the European market.The TeamThe London finance group advises banks, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers across the full spectrum of leveraged and acquisition finance. The team has deep expertise across all levels of the capital structure, including:Syndicated senior and second lien facilitiesPrivate credit and ABL financingsHoldco PIK and fund financings.Beyond leveraged finance, the team is also active in infrastructure and real estate finance, restructuring and asset-backed financings. Working closely with colleagues across US, Europe and Asia, the team delivers fully integrated cross-border solutions.
