Job DescriptionOversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.Manage budgets and forecasts to support decision-making processes.Prepare and present financial statements to stakeholders.Ensure proper financial controls and systems are in place and functioning effectively.Support the Accounting & Finance team with leadership and guidance.Work closely with internal and external auditors during audits.Handle cash flow management and financial planning.Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on financial goals.The Successful Applicant A successful Financial Controller should have:A strong background in Accounting & Finance, ideally in the not-for-profit sector.Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.Excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.Proven experience in managing budgets and financial systems.Strong leadership and team management skills.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Good communication skills for presenting financial information clearly.What's on OfferDaily rate of 400 - 450, dependent on the level of experience.If you're interested in this Financial Controller role, apply now!
