Privately owned, it is admired for its service, integrity and quality. We currently seek a Managing Director for their expert witness business. The role offers exceptional short and long term prospects and opportunity for the successful incumbent. Responsibilities:Leading a dispute resolution and expert witness teamManagement of a team of experienced experts and consultantsProviding Expert Witness testimony and support to a broad client base in the legal, construction and engineering sectorWorking on behalf of main contractors, law firms and employers on high value £multi-million disputes / arbitrationsBecoming a key member of the leadership of the businessUndertaking both a hands on and strategic roleDeveloping collaborative relationships with new and existing clients.Assisting with the attraction, development and retention of new and existing staffExperience RequiredSomeone enthusiastic about the dispute resolution sector with integrity and commercial awarenessAppointed as an Expert Witness in quantum, delay or engineeringSomeone who enjoys business management, strategy and development Someone who has ideally been cross-examined and understands the court processDemonstrable ability to generate work from new and existing clientsDegree qualified ideally with additional qualifications in construction law.
