Key responsibilities include:Leading negotiations of complex EPC contracts from tender stage through to execution.Advising on and negotiating project documentation, including submarine and terrestrial cable contracts, installation agreements, and subcontract arrangements.Supporting tendering, project delivery and commercial decision-making across the power cable division.The Successful Applicant Suitable candidates will be lawyers who can operate autonomously in a project-driven environment and have experience negotiating complex engineering or infrastructure contracts.Key requirements include:Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or lawyer from a common law jurisdiction.Approximately 10+ years' PQE.Strong experience negotiating high-value commercial contracts.Direct exposure to EPC projects, particularly within power, energy, utilities, construction or major infrastructure with a major focus on Offshore / Subsea projects.Knowledge of FIDIC and/or NEC contracts.What's on Offer A competitive salary and benefits package together with hybrid working and strong work life balance/culture.
