Job Title: Divisional Director – MEP (Hyperscale Data Centres)Location: London (office-based with flexibility)Sector: Built Environment / Mission CriticalThe OpportunityOur client, a globally recognised engineering and professional services consultancy, is seeking an exceptional Divisional Director to lead and expand its MEP capability within the hyperscale data centre sector.This appointment represents a critical leadership hire, offering the opportunity to shape strategy, drive commercial performance, and influence the delivery of some of the most complex and high-profile mission critical projects in the market.The RoleReporting at a senior level within the business, the successful candidate will assume full accountability for the leadership, performance, and growth of a multidisciplinary MEP division.Key responsibilities will include:Defining and executing a clear growth strategy within the hyperscale data centre marketLeading and developing a high-performing, geographically diverse MEP teamActing as a trusted advisor to key clients, developers, and stakeholdersOverseeing the successful delivery of complex, large-scale mission critical projectsDriving technical excellence, innovation, and best-in-class design standardsTaking full ownership of divisional P&L, resource planning, and operational performanceLeading major bids, strategic pursuits, and client engagement activitiesThe IndividualCandidates will bring a proven track record of senior leadership within an engineering consultancy or similar environment, with demonstrable experience in delivering hyperscale data centre projects.You will be:A strategic and commercially astute leader with strong business acumenTechnically credible across mechanical, electrical, and public health disciplinesExperienced in managing large teams and complex project portfoliosHighly accomplished in client engagement and stakeholder managementDegree-qualified in Engineering (or a related discipline), with Chartered status preferredThe OpportunityThis is a rare opportunity to take on a pivotal leadership role within a market-leading organisation, at a time of significant growth in the global data centre sector.The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business, influencing major client relationships, and delivering industry-leading projects at scale.Next StepsFor a confidential discussion regarding this opportunity, please get in touch.All enquiries will be handled with the utmost discretion.
