As Apollo continues to scale into a diversified global financial services platform, this role is critical to industrializing execution, enabling private-to-public convergence, scaling client solutions, and modernizing our operating model globally.This position will lead the EMEA Transformation Management team and drive large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across strategy, operations, data, technology, and commercial execution — shifting the firm from fragmented project delivery to horizontal, KPI-driven enterprise programs.This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring strong commercial judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to influence across business units and senior stakeholders.Primary Responsibilities: Enterprise Transformation LeadershipLead horizontal, multi-workstream transformation programs (3–5 FTE team structure)Translate strategic priorities into sequenced, executable roadmapsDrive alignment across Credit, Insurance, CPS, M&A, Data, Engineering, and InnovationEstablish measurable KPIs and define success metrics at the capability levelOperating Model & Capability DesignDesign and implement scalable target operating models (TOMs)Transition execution from siloed vertical initiatives to end-to-end horizontal capabilitiesDistinguish and optimize “alpha” core capabilities versus “beta” activities appropriate for outsourcing or utility modelsEmbed automation, AI, and digital enablement into change programs to enhance scale and efficiencyExcellence in Change ManagementApply a unified methodology to assess, prioritize, and measure change investmentsDrive transparency around ROI, impact, and commercial outcomesStandardize governance, intake, scoping, and delivery playbooksReduce manual processes through data-driven prioritization and automationStrategic Execution & Commercial ImpactSupport product launches, market expansion, M&A integration, and digital modernization effortsPartner with business leaders to align transformation initiatives with revenue growth and risk mitigationProvide forward-looking capacity modeling and resource planningDevelop executive-ready materials for Steering Committees and C-suite discussionsTalent & Team DevelopmentOperate within TM’s scalable pyramid structureLead and mentor Directors and Associate DirectorsParticipate in Career Roundtables (CRT) and structured development frameworksServe as Coach or Program Sponsor for high-potential team membersQualifications & Experience15+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, asset management, or corporate strategy, with demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across global environmentsStrong financial services acumen (credit, insurance, asset management experience preferred)Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues clearly in written and verbal communicationProven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while balancing competing prioritiesOutstanding stakeholder management skills, including executive presence and the ability to drive alignment among senior leadersDemonstrated experience leading operating model redesign, digital transformation, or enterprise change initiativesStrong technology orientation with a focus on automation, process industrialization, and AI-enabled workflowsHuman Capital transformation experience or interest a plusBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues clearly in written and verbal communicationSummaryLocation: London, United KingdomType: Full time
