This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll define product strategy, build and develop a high-performing Product function, and work closely with Engineering and senior leadership to deliver products that solve real customer problems.What you'll be doing: Define and execute a multi-year product strategy across a portfolio of SaaS products. Lead and mentor Product Managers, Product Owners and User Research & Design teams. Drive customer-led product discovery through research, experimentation and data. Own product roadmaps, prioritisation and portfolio governance. Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to deliver commercial success.
