About the roleWe are looking for a highly experienced Platform Leader to lead the end-to-end delivery, and performance of a large-scale Roadside Assistance (RSA) operations platform for our global clients. The candidate will be based in UK and Ireland and will serve as the central leader for managing and expanding RSA operations across all UK and Ireland Business PartnersThis is a strategic and operational leadership role that requires strong platform management experience, deep understanding of operations, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to build and scale high-performing teams in in the UK.What you will doPlatform Ownership & Strategic ExecutionTake full ownership of the RSA operations platform for internal operations managementLead the end-to-end platform delivery, including workforce planning, process mapping, technology integration, and performance governanceEnsure seamless platform operations aligned with client SLAs, compliance, and operational excellenceCollaborate with technology, HR, training, and compliance teams to ensure readiness and scalabilityOperational ExcellenceOversee day-to-day operations for UK RSA business delivered from UK and IrelandDrive productivity, efficiency, and accuracy across the entire service lifecycle — including emergency roadside assistance, accident response, and customer supportUtilize data analytics to monitor performance, identify gaps, and deploy continuous improvement initiativesDeliver operation performance with agreed budgetLeadership & Team BuildingBuild and lead a team of managers, team leads, and frontline staff.Define goals, manage performance, and develop talent through coaching and structured development plans.Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, and customer satisfaction.Client & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a primary interface between the client’s senior leadership in UKOwn operational governance, manage escalations, and lead regular business reviewsDrive transparency and trust through strong communication, reporting, and strategic alignment with client objectivesAI Readiness Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.What you will bring10–15 years of experience in platform or operations management, preferably in Roadside Assistance sectorExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proven experience setting up and managing end-to-end platforms in a high-complexity, client-facing environment operating a 24/7 operationExperience managing global clients and stakeholders, preferably in the automotive or RSA sector.Strong understanding of performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs), operational analytics, and reporting tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like setup environment.Previous experience managing UK/Europe-based clients.Exposure to RSA, emergency response, or auto-assistance operations.How we hireTo Recruitment AgenciesAllianz recruits through dedicated in-house teams and does not accept unsolicited resumes/CVs, candidate introductions, or outreach from agencies or search firms.
