With Monday to Friday working hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm, a fully equipped van and a generous benefits package, youll have everything you need to get on with the job.Id love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrician , Electrical Tester or Electrical Maintenance Engineer within social housing or domestic properties.As an Electrician, you will be:Carrying out responsive electrical repairs and maintenanceCompleting EICRs, inspections, testing and remedial upgradesInstalling, servicing and maintaining domestic electrical systemsCompleting the appropriate electrical certificates and condition reportsWorking towards a first-time fix wherever possibleProviding a professional service within occupied social housing propertiesId love to speak to anyone who has:NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification, including the appropriate practical competency/AM2City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring RegulationsA full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points and no recent driving bansThe ability to pass a Basic DBS checkTesting & Inspection qualifications such as 2391 would be advantageousPrevious experience completing electrical repairs and maintenance within domestic or social housing propertiesThe Electrician role is offering the following benefits:Company van and fuel cardPower tools providedAnnual bonus of up to approximately 5%25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday offAnnual pay reviewsCompany pension contributionsHealthcare and wellbeing benefitsTraining and career progression opportunitiesDiscount schemes and cycle-to-work schemeThis role is offering a base salary of around £37,500 , with the annual bonus taking potential earnings to around £39,500 before on-call payments . There is also an on-call rota approximately once every six weeks, paying around £105 for the week plus approximately £55 per call-out.Location & travelThis Electrician role covers Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa and surrounding areas. Travel between social housing properties is required, with a company van and fuel card provided for work purposes.
