Job Description:Our client is seeking a Paint Prepper to support the preparation of vehicles for high-quality paint refinishing. You will be responsible for preparing panels and vehicle surfaces to a professional standard, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and safely to meet company and customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare vehicle panels for paint, including sanding, masking, filling, and primingIdentify and rectify surface imperfections prior to paintingEnsure vehicles are cleaned and correctly masked before entering the spray boothWork closely with paint technicians to maintain workflow and quality standardsFollow health & safety procedures and maintain a clean working environmentRequirements:Previous experience as a Paint Prepper within an accident repair or fleet environmentGood knowledge of preparation techniques and materialsAbility to work to deadlines with strong attention to detailTeam player with a positive and reliable attitudeTPBN1_UKTJ
