This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a growing engineering business.If you are an experienced Administrator from Engineering/Manufacturing, ideally with an understanding of QHSE processes, apply now for an immediate response!The job youll do:File, update, and audit safety documents and risk assessments.Set up and monitor approved supplier and contractor databases.Log accidents, hazards, and near-misses in QHSE software.Compile statistical data for weekly or monthly KPIs.Assist with setting up health and safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and new hire safety inductions.Manage the ordering, distribution, and stock levels of PPEHelp the QHSE team schedule internal and external audits.Log Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up with departments on resolving quality issues.Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and take detailed minutesAbout you:Exposure to QHSE within engineering/manufacturing is highly desirableProficient with Microsoft Office softwareEnthusiastic and self-motivatedOrganised with good attention to detailConfident engaging with people at all levelsWilling to take ownership and learn quicklyTPBN1_UKTJ
