JSP specialises in providing case management services for people who have suffered brain injuries or have other debilitating disabilities. We currently provide services throughout the Midlands, Northern England and Scotland. JSP Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).At JSP Ltd, we offer brain injury and spinal injury case management, occupational therapy, training and expert witness services for complex care needs for both adults and children.We have an amazing opportunity for an Administrator to join our amazing team at JSP .Our success depends on our people, our productivity, and our client-centred approach to work. An administrator is the supportive driving force behind each of these areas, and were currently seeking an Administrator to join our team.*Experience in compliance is desirable.What you'll be working:Location: Happy to consider candidates for Chesterfield or Corbridge supporting across all our regionsFull time 37.5hrs per weekHybrid workingSalary: £25,000 per annum (pro rata)What you'll be doing:Some of the key roles and responsibilities are:Provide accurate and efficient administrative support, including preparing reports, correspondence and client documentationManage incoming and outgoing communications, including calls and emailsMaintain diaries, arrange meetings and coordinate schedulesEnsure all client records and filing systems are accurate and compliant with confidentiality requirementsSupport database and record management (including spreadsheets and systems)Process sensitive information in line with data protection policiesWork collaboratively with colleagues to support effective service deliveryContribute to process improvements and administrative efficiencies across the serviceAdherence to all Group policies and procedures and ensuring that all colleagues in the service are aware of and understand company policies.Adhere to all company policies and procedures and support colleagues in understanding and following them.What you'll have:At least 2 years experience in an administrative or office-based roleExperience in Compliance is desirableStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and accuracyConfidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and databasesAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyAbility to work independently, use initiative, and take ownership of tasks to achieve objectives.A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approachExperience managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload effectively in a fast-paced setting.About us:JSP Ltd provides an essential service to both adults and children who have suffered brain and spinal injury. Qualified staff assess clients needs and offer individually designed case management and rehabilitation programmes. The company was established in 1994 and is now a successful rehabilitation and case management consultancy, working in close co-operation with the legal profession. We now have five offices employing around 80 staff. We manage over 400 support workers and provide services to just under 400 clients nationally.JSP Ltd is not an agency.
