Job Description

Were looking for an experienced Whole Vehicle Technician to join our clients growing team and to help bring extraordinary cars to life.If your background is in Motorsport, aerospace, defence, specialist automotive, prototype engineering, medical devices, or any other low-volume, high-precision environment, youll understand the mindset were looking for.Youll work across the complete vehicle, including:ChassisElectrical systemsPowertrainBodySafety systemsVehicle and component sub-assemblyYoull be responsible for building cars to an exceptional standard from individual components and sub-assemblies through to complete vehicles ready for delivery.Youll also have the opportunity to influence how they build cars, helping develop assembly processes, sequencing and documentation as they grow.Day to day, youll:Build production vehicles and sub-assembliesDiagnose and root-cause issues down to component levelInterpret detailed engineering and assembly drawingsComplete build, inspection and compliance recordsMaintain exceptional standards of quality, safety and finishHelp improve build processes to make them better, safer and more efficientWork closely with our Lead Technicians and wider Operations teamSupport and train colleagues across the production teamPrepare completed vehicles for dispatch, including kitting and cratingKeep the workshop clean, organised, and professionalYoull ideally have experience in niche, low-volume, high-precision manufacturing or Motorsport, with a broad understanding of vehicle systems.Youll bring:Proven experience in craftsmanship-led assemblyExcellent attention to detailStrong mechanical and vehicle systems knowledgeThe ability to diagnose problems methodically and find the real root causeExperience interpreting detailed component and assembly drawingsStrong problem-solving and lateral-thinking skillsA hands-on, practical approachA genuine commitment to quality and safetyThe ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving environmentA 'can do' attitude and the enthusiasm to go the extra mileTPBN1_UKTJ
