Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant Location: UK / Ireland (Remote)**Employer: Leading Microsoft PartnerExperience: 5+ years D365 CE + strong Power AutomateA high-growth Microsoft Partner is looking for a Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant to join their expanding Customer Engagement practice. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who knows CE inside-out, can lead workshops, shape solutions, and is strong with Power Automate .The Role Youll work across end-to-end CE projects, leading discovery, design, configuration, and delivery. Youll be the functional lead on engagements, advising customers, shaping best practice, and working closely with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.This is a remote role with occasional client visits, open to candidates across the UK or Ireland .Key Responsibilities Lead functional delivery across D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, core CRM)Run discovery workshops and translate requirements into clear solution designsConfigure CE, manage build cycles, and support testing and deploymentDesign and build Power Automate flows and low-code solutionsWork closely with developers on integrations, customisations, and extensionsProvide guidance, documentation, and best-practice leadershipSupport pre-sales, scoping, and solution shapingAct as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the project lifecycleRequired Experience 5+ years experience delivering D365 CE solutionsStrong functional knowledge across CE modulesProven experience building Power Automate flowsBackground working for a Microsoft PartnerConfident leading workshops and engaging with senior stakeholdersAbility to translate business requirements into scalable CE solutionsStrong communication, documentation, and client-facing skillsWhy Join Work for a respected Microsoft Partner with a strong CE pipelineHigh autonomy and influence over solution designRemote role with flexibilityClear progression into Lead / Principal rolesTPBN1_UKTJ
