Future Youth Zone is currently seeking a Trustee & Chair of the Development Board to join their board of trustees. Future Youth Zone is one of East London's most ambitious youth charities, providing young people with somewhere safe to belong, supportive adults they can trust, and opportunities to discover their talents and realise their potential.Future Youth Zone is now looking to strengthen their Board and is seeking a Trustee & Chair of the Development Board The successful candidate will bring strong networks, credibility and influence, using these to open doors to new philanthropists, businesses and strategic partners and help build sustainable, long-term relationships. The role will play an important part in supporting Future Youth Zones ambitions, helping to broaden its income streams, raise its profile and develop strategic partnerships that will have a lasting impact on young people. This is an exciting opportunity for a business development and relationship-building specialist to help shape and strengthen the organisations long-term fundraising and partnership strategy.Trustees have a duty to ensure that the charity is well run, solvent, legally compliant, and working towards the charitable purpose for which it was established, and Trustee roles are an important and a highly rewarding way to support an organisation.
