The Role

As a Sales Progressor, you will:

• Monitor and prioritise your workload to achieve targets

• Manage a pipeline of properties that are sold subject to contract
\n
• Chase mortgage offers and progress transactions
\n
• Maintain regular communication with agents
\n
• Keep vendors and purchasers updated throughout the sales process
\n
• Communicate effectively and professionally with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors, and buyers
\n
• Arrange for contracts to be signed
\n
• Update managers on the progress of sales
\n
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update the vendor portal
\n

Sales Progressor Requirements

• Previous experience in sales progression or conveyancing
\n
• Excellent customer service skills
\n
• Strong organisational skills
\n
• A confident and professional approach
\n
• The ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritise workload effectively
