Electrical Maintenance Engineer)

Elevation Recruitment Group have the pleasure of working with a well established manufacturing company based in the Knaresborough who are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Manufacturing Knaresborough £47,000- £49,000 3 shift rotation (6am-2pm, 10pm-6am and 2pm-10pm) - 1 in 6 week weekend cover.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, inspections, servicing, and repairs
\n
• Diagnose and repair faults on manufacturing equipment
\n
• Respond promptly to breakdown
\n
• Reactive maintenance duties
\n
• Undertake electrical fault-finding, replacing or repairing components
\n
• Working on PLCs (Mainly Siemens)
\n
• Assist with the installation, commissioning, relocation, and improvement of equipment
\n
• Comply with health and safety procedure
\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n
• Engineering apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Electrical engineering
\n
• Electrical fault-finding skills
\n
• PLC Experience
\n
• Manufacturing experience
\n
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
\n

This role is commutable from: Wakefield, Leeds, York, Harrogate
