Property Lawyer (4 Years PQE)

Our fantastic client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Tamworth, is looking to recruit an experienced Property Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE to join their thriving team. Key Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters from instruction through to completion

Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and leasehold matters

Providing expert legal advice to clients

Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties

Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures

Supporting junior team members where appropriate

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE

Strong technical knowledge of property law

Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently

Excellent communication and client care skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

A proactive and team-oriented approach
