Property Lawyer (4 Years PQE)

Our fantastic client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Tamworth, is looking to recruit an experienced Property Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE to join their thriving team. \nKey Responsibilities
\nManaging a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
\nHandling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and leasehold matters
\nProviding expert legal advice to clients
\nLiaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
\nEnsuring compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures
\nSupporting junior team members where appropriate
\nRequirements
\nQualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE
\nStrong technical knowledge of property law
\nProven ability to manage a full caseload independently
\nExcellent communication and client care skills
\nHighly organised with strong attention to detail
\nA proactive and team-oriented approach
