We are currently recruiting for an Employment Solicitor to join a growing team in Warwickshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong employment law experience who is looking for a varied caseload, genuine client exposure and the opportunity to make a real impact within a supportive team.

The Role

\n

You will advise a diverse range of clients across a broad spectrum of employment law matters, providing high-quality, commercially focused advice and supporting clients through both contentious and non-contentious issues.

\n

Your responsibilities will include:

\n

· Advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters

\n

· Managing your own caseload and client relationships

\n

· Providing advice on employment contracts, policies and procedures

\n

· Advising on disciplinary, grievance and performance matters

\n

· Supporting clients with redundancies, restructures and TUPE

\n

· Advising on settlement agreements and termination of employment

\n

· Handling Employment Tribunal matters and associated litigation

\n

· Providing pragmatic advice on day-to-day employment issues

\n

· Building strong, trusted relationships with clients

\n

· Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the employment offering

\n

· Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider practice

\n

\n

About You

\n

We are looking for a qualified Employment Solicitor/Lawyer with solid experience in employment law.

\n

You will ideally have:

\n

· Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales, or equivalent legal qualification. Circa 3 - 6 PQE.

\n

· Strong experience within an employment law environment

\n

· Experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters

\n

· Excellent technical knowledge of employment legislation

\n

· Experience dealing with Employment Tribunal matters

\n

· Strong client management and communication skills

\n

· A commercial and solutions-focused approach

\n

· The ability to manage your own workload and caseload effectively

\n

· Excellent attention to detail

\n

· A proactive and collaborative approach

\n
