Finance Lawyer (1-6 PQE)

This is an outstanding opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded finance lawyer to work on complex, high-value transactions across multiple jurisdictions at a prestigious international law firm. Key Responsibilities

• Advise lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on a wide range of leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.

• Draft and negotiate complex finance documentation including facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security packages.
\n
• Support clients through all stages of the deal lifecycle, from structuring and term sheet negotiation to closing and post-closing matters.
\n
• Coordinate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to deliver seamless cross-border advice.
\n
• Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory developments affecting the leveraged finance space.
\n
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Required Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction).
\n
• 1-6 years PQE ideally gained at a top-tier UK or international law firm.
\n
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
\n
• Commercially minded with a proactive and client-focused approach.
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
