You will bring a balanced view of opportunity and risk, helping us make confident, well-governed choices.Job responsibilitiesPartner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insights and guidance that support business objectivesOwn business cases supporting new product launches and growth opportunities, including acquisitions and partnershipsCollaborate with strategy, product, and marketing teams to deliver financial insight, constructive challenge, and decision supportLead initiatives to optimize pricing, product mix, and customer segmentation to drive revenue growthDevelop management reporting and dashboards to strengthen decision-making and accountabilityAnalyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and identify growth opportunitiesSupport regulatory submissions and internal model governance activitiesBuild, document, and communicate financial models, including key assumptions and sensitivitiesSupport planning and other corporate and general finance projects as neededRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsRelevant finance qualificationDemonstrated experience in a senior commercial finance role supporting business performance and strategyProven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions using data and insightsStrong financial modeling and analysis skills, including the ability to explain assumptions clearlyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial informationStrategic thinking and business acumen, including customer and product profitability analysisStrong stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to varied audiencesAbility to build effective relationships across levels and functionsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsQualified accountantExperience supporting retail banking products, performance management, or commercial strategyExperience developing management dashboards and reporting for senior audiencesExperience with market research and competitive analysisExperience supporting regulatory submissions and model governance processesJ.P.
