Senior Associate - Projects (Oil & Gas / Energy Transition)

An opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Associate to join a highly ranked Projects practice in London. This is a rare chance to work on headline-making transactions across the UK and internationally, with a focus on oil & gas, LNG, and emerging energy transition technologies.The RoleYou'll advise major energy companies, trading houses, financiers, governments, and new market entrants on strategic, high-value transactions. The work is broad and diverse, spanning:M&A, project development, and financing in the oil & gas sectorLNG, refining, and mid/downstream mattersEnergy transition projects (hydrogen, carbon capture, sustainable aviation fuel)Cross-border work, particularly in the Middle East, Africa, and Central AsiaThis role is suited to a lawyer with strong transactional experience, a sharp commercial mindset, and the confidence to take on new contractual challenges.
