Finance Associate

The team advises banks, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers on complex cross-border financing transactions across Europe, with particular strength in leveraged and acquisition finance. The work spans syndicated senior and second lien facilities, private credit, ABL, Holdco PIK and fund financings, alongside infrastructure, real estate, restructuring and asset-backed finance matters.You will join a fast-growing team, with a focus on leveraged finance and digital infrastructure finance, working on sophisticated cross-border transactions for banks, sponsors and corporates. The role offers early client exposure, responsibility and the opportunity to work alongside market-leading partners in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
