This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high profile transactions across a wide range of asset classes, acting for both lenders and sponsors/borrowers.The RoleYou'll be responsible for advising financial institutions, alternative lenders, funds, and sponsors on a variety of financings, including:Capital call facilitiesNAV facilitiesHybrid facilitiesGP/co invest facilitiesSMA facilities across private equity, debt, credit, real estate, and infrastructure fundsYou will also work closely with fund structures and partnership documents, collaborating with colleagues in a friendly, collegiate environment.Candidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:6+ years PQE in funds finance, ideally gained at an international or leading regional firmExperience acting for both lenders and sponsors/borrowersStrong technical and drafting skills, with excellent academicsCommercial awareness and a client focused approachConfidence in managing complex transactions independently and as part of a teamWillingness to contribute to marketing and business development initiativesAbility to work effectively within a diverse and inclusive teamDevelopment ProgrammeManaging Associates benefit from a structured MA Development Programme designed to support progression towards partnership.
