This role will support the growth of the consulting business across strategic account(s) by leveraging both existing & emerging capabilities, in addition to creating new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth.The role is expected to support the growth agenda, provide thought leadership and be the trusted advisor (in a transformational and delivery capacity) across the following areas;Agentic AI for ConsumerDigital Supply Chain, Intelligent Store & Meaningful Omni-Channel Experience3PL/TransportationSales & Marketing, Target Operating Model & Cost Optimisation, Provide pull-through opportunities for wider Wipro Consulting practice areas and other areas of Wipro eco-systemResponsibilities as a Senior Manager include:Lead large-scale people and transformation programmes delivering measurable business impactBuild and grow senior client relationships as a trusted CxO advisorOriginate and convert consulting opportunities to drive profitable growthDeliver complex, multi-shore engagements with commercial accountabilityDevelop and coach high-performing teams and future consulting talentShape thought leadership and go-to-market propositions in Consumer ͏Who we are looking forSupport Business Development & DeliverOutstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners and internal organization Successful in generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationshipsBring a self-sufficient approach that will be both pro-active in supporting business development opportunities as well as effective at creating personal utilization in our ‘sell & deliver’ operating model (after a period of embedding)Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.Driving TransformationBe a champion and passionate advocate for Consumer industries to reposition Wipro as a strategic partner to accelerate and sustain customer value. The individual must be an ambassador for Digital Adoption and Digital Transformation across industries.Significant transformation proposition definition and engagement shaping using core and disruptive technologies to solve business problems for tangible business benefits at large enterprise clients.
