\n The Opportunity Following several major National Contract Wins, a premier Civil Engineering firm is looking for an experienced Topographical & Setting Out Surveyor based in Leedsto support a long term civils construction project.Join a dynamic team shaping the future of civil engineering infrastructure across the UK.\n
\n Technical Requirements & Responsibilities\n

\n
• Surveying Excellence: Lead setting out and surveying operations for complex civils sites, ensuring 100% accuracy in alignment with construction drawings.
  
\n
• Systems Proficiency: Advanced use of Total Stations, GPS Kits, and Dumpy Levels.
  
\n
• Software & CAD: High level of competency in AutoCAD LT and LSS (including volume calculations) to produce precise as-built drawings.
  
\n
• Earthworks & Machine Control: Expertly manage the initial setup, calibration, and continuous monitoring of 3D Machine Control systems to ensure precision grading and earthworks execution.
  
\n
• Compliance & QA: Maintain rigorous site QA documentation and procedures to ensure project integrity and safety.
  
\n

Candidate Requirements\n

\n
• Experience: Minimum 2 years specialist experience in civil engineering surveying ideally dealing with earthworks and steel frame construction.
  
\n
• Qualifications: Ideally HNC/HND in a construction-related field.
  
\n
• Mobility: Full UK Driving Licence is essential for site travel across the Leeds/ North West Region
  
\n
