\n£25+ per hour (depending on qualifications)

\nAs a Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning, supporting students to achieve their full potential. You will play a key role in creating an engaging learning environment, monitoring learner progress, and contributing to excellent educational outcomes.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements. \n
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement. \n
- Set and monitor SMART targets to encourage student success. \n
- Maintain accurate learner records, including attendance, assessments and progress tracking. \n
- Support learners to develop vocational, employability and independent living skills where applicable. \n
The Ideal Candidate

- Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one. \n
- Relevant vocational or subject-specialist qualification. \n
- Experience teaching within Further Education, Adult Education or a similar setting. \n
All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed.
