£25+ per hour (depending on qualifications)

Reed FE re recruiting for an experienced and passionate Lecturer to join a thriving education setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is committed to helping learners develop the skills, knowledge and confidence required for their future careers.

As a Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning, supporting students to achieve their full potential. You will play a key role in creating an engaging learning environment, monitoring learner progress, and contributing to excellent educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements.

• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
\n
• Set and monitor SMART targets to encourage student success.
\n
• Maintain accurate learner records, including attendance, assessments and progress tracking.
\n
• Support learners to develop vocational, employability and independent living skills where applicable.
\n

The Ideal Candidate

\n
• Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
\n
• Relevant vocational or subject-specialist qualification.
\n
• Experience teaching within Further Education, Adult Education or a similar setting.
\n

All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed.
