X2 Electrician

The Opportunity Now Dutton are currently recruiting experienced Electricians to join a major data centre project. This is an excellent opportunity for electricians with data centre experience who are confident working with large cables, MEWPs and UPS/battery systems. Key Responsibilities * Pulling and installing 185mm H07ZZF and 240mm H07ZZF cables from UPS systems to battery cabinets * Working from MEWPs, with cable runs up to approximately 32 metres * Glanding and terminating cables * Potential involvement in battery building * Working safely and efficiently within a live project environment * Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety Requirements Essential: * JIB Gold Card * IPAF qualification * Proven electrical experience * Experience working on data centre projects is highly desirable PPE Requirements You will be required to provide/bring 5-point PPE, including: * Hard hat with chin strap * Safety boots * Hi-vis * Safety glasses * Suitable workwear Why Apply? 💷 £30 per hour 📅 Immediate/confirmed start – 17th August 2026 🏗️ Major data centre project 📍 Birmingham → Milton Keynes → Birmingham ⏰ 8am–6pm shifts
