Showroom Coordinator - CNC Machine ToolsLocation: CoventrySalary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOEHours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - FridayBenefits: Company car, pension, h olidays, BUPA cover, health insurance.The RoleWe're looking for a technically minded Showroom Coordinator to take ownership of a large, high-spec CNC machine tool showroom in Coventry.This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical position where you'll coordinate machine installations, servicing, demonstrations, applications support and showroom activity. You'll work closely with Sales, Applications, Engineering, Marketing and OEM customers to ensure every machine is ready to demonstrate at any time.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the day-to-day running and upkeep of the CNC showroom.Ensure all machines are operational, maintained, detailed and ready for demonstrations.Set up and run machine demonstrations and test cuts for customers.Programme and set machines, confidently explaining their capabilities to customers.Coordinate machine installations, servicing and applications requirements.Coordinate showroom open days with Engineering, Marketing and Sales.Support OEM and major customer relationships, including growing work with companies such as Rolls-Royce.Manage machine layouts and coordinate incoming stock machines.What We're Looking ForStrong CNC milling experience - milling is preferred, with some turning experience.Ability to programme and set CNC machines.Experience with Siemens, Heidenhain , Fanuc or Mitsubishi controls.Confident communicating technical information to customers.Genuine engineering background rather than purely production-based experience.Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for machine tool technology.CAD/CAM experience and preferably Siemens NX knowledge.PackageSalary of £50,000 to £60,000 (DOE)Company car, laptop, phone providedPension scheme and salary sacrifice after 6 months.Bupa medical cover.Life insurance.25 days holiday plus stator.A supportive experienced work force with training in Germany or JapanIf you're a confident CNC engineer who knows your machines, enjoys working with customers and wants to move into a high-profile showroom environment, we'd like to hear from you.
