Stock Controller Lincoln£15.73 per hour + Benefits40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8:00am 4:00pm (Flexibility Required)Occasional evening, night and weekend work may be required.Are you an organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller looking to join a successful and growing food manufacturing business?Our client is a leading food manufacturer investing heavily in its people and facilities. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Stock Controller to play a key role in ensuring stock accuracy and supporting efficient production operations.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous stock control, inventory or warehouse experience within a manufacturing or food production environment.The Role Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records across the manufacturing facility, carrying out regular stock counts and ensuring inventory data is accurate to support production planning and business operations.Key Responsibilities Carry out regular stock counts across the factory.Maintain accurate stock records and investigate stock discrepancies.Update stock information to ensure inventory accuracy.Verify system-generated stock reports following stock counts.Liaise with Planning and Production teams to resolve stock issues.Support the tracking of promotional or specific product lines when required.Ensure all stock transactions and documentation are completed accurately and on time.Maintain excellent attention to detail while working within food safety and quality standards.Support Health & Safety and company compliance procedures at all times.The Person We are looking for someone who has:Previous experience in stock control, inventory management or a similar role.Experience within food manufacturing or a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.Strong organisational and communication skills.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good IT skills and experience using stock management or ERP systems would be beneficial.A proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.A willingness to undertake Food Safety and Health & Safety training if required.What's on Offer £15.73 per hourMonday to Friday working pattern40-hour working week8:00am 4:00pm with flexibilityOccasional evening, night and weekend work when requiredCompany benefitsLong-term career development with a successful and growing food manufacturing businessIf you have experience within stock control, inventory management or warehouse operations and are looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
