Registered Manager - Children's Residential HomeRedditch, Worcestershire£55,000 - £70,000 per annum3-Bed EBD HomeAre you an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step ?We are recruiting a Registered Manager for a 3-bed EBD children's home in Redditch , offering a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the home from the outset.You'll be involved in supporting the Ofsted registration , building and developing your team and taking responsibility for the successful day-to-day running of the home.But this role is about much more than compliance.The aim is to create a children's home that genuinely feels like a family home - somewhere young people feel safe, settled, valued and supported.
