Strategic Finance Business Partner (Hybrid) needed in Southampton, £38.27phPAYE - 5301408

Hybrid working 1 day in Southampton.

This role will support the growth and prosperity directorate and candidates should have experience of regeneration schemes / programmes, capital appraisals and working with joint ventures.

Financial Management
\n To comply with financial policies and requirements.

\n To manage a Finance Business Partnering Team in accordance with service standards.
\n To monitor and act upon customer feedback to improve customer experiences and to meet or exceed customer satisfaction.
\n Operational Effectiveness and Compliance
\n To manage a Finance Business Partnering Team in accordance with HR policies and practice.
\n To undertake continuous improvement to improve the effectiveness of activity and services.
\n To comply with all policies in relation to Health and Safety and Information
\n Governance.
\n Escalate risks and issues which may impact any aspect of performance or the reputation
\n Organisational Capability and Growth
\n To improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
\n To manage the performance and development of direct report and project teams in accordance with the agreed performance management approach.
\n To identify and develop talent.
\n To take personal responsibility for personal development including any Continuous
\n Professional Development.
\n To develop change readiness capability within a Finance Business Partnering Team.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis
