Youll manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and associated administrative matters, working in a friendly environment where your expertise is valued.

The Role\n

    Drafting Wills and preparing LPAs

    • \n
  • \n

    Advising clients on Wills, LPAs and tax matters

    • \n
  • \n

    Setting up new client accounts and handling enquiries

    • \n
  • \n

    Managing probate files, including matters involving income tax, inheritance tax and capital taxation

    • \n
  • \n

    Handling and processing deeds and securities

    • \n
  • \n

    Providing clear, professional and sympathetic client care

    • \n
What Youll Bring\n

  • \n

    Strong experience in Wills, Probate and non-contentious private client work

    • \n
  • \n

    Solid understanding of relevant law and practice

    • \n
  • \n

    Ability to deal with clients confidently, efficiently and with empathy

    • \n
  • \n

    Excellent communication skills, both in person and by phone

    • \n
  • \n

    Professional, organised approach with strong attention to detail
